Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using SalvageFlow (operated by SalvageFlow LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SalvageFlow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

The service

SalvageFlow provides a software platform for auto salvage yard operators to manage donor vehicle intake, parts inventory, listings, and marketplace cross-listing. Access is subscription-based with plan tiers as described on the pricing page.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SalvageFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• List parts that are stolen, fraudulently obtained, or that you do not have the right to sell
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from SalvageFlow systematically
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
• Use automated tools to create accounts, submit forms, or interact with the platform

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, pricing, vehicle data). By uploading content, you grant SalvageFlow a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your listings to buyers).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws. SalvageFlow does not independently verify listing accuracy or part condition.

AI features

SalvageFlow includes AI-assisted features for pricing guidance, listing drafting, and damage assessment. All AI outputs are advisory only. AI suggestions are never applied automatically — you must review and confirm before any change is made. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing decisions, and condition representations regardless of any AI suggestion you choose to act on.

Third-party integrations

SalvageFlow integrates with third-party services including eBay and Facebook Marketplace. When you connect a third-party account, you are also subject to that platform's terms of service. SalvageFlow is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or availability.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Disclaimers

SalvageFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We are not responsible for the outcome of transactions between buyers and sellers facilitated through the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalvageFlow LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. On termination, your access to the platform will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active account holders by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of SalvageFlow after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
