No. SalvageFlow is a paid product with real operational value. All plans are priced transparently on this page. During beta, approved users receive temporary access to their selected plan at no charge.
You choose the plan that fits your operation, then submit a beta access request. Once approved, you receive a coupon code that activates your selected plan for a limited period. You experience the exact plan limits and features — nothing is padded or restricted differently than the real product.
Founder Beta gives you free access to the plan you choose for a limited time — Starter for 60 days, Pro for 30 days. Before any paid billing starts, we'll give at least 30 days notice so you can choose whether to continue — no card is required during the beta and nobody is auto-charged. When we move past invite-only beta, we plan to offer a self-serve free trial so anyone can try SalvageFlow immediately. Beta users who continue transition to paid subscriptions with all data fully preserved.
The Growth Pack is an add-on that increases your listing, donor, prospect, and AI credit limits without changing plans. It does not add team members or locations. You can stack up to 3 packs per organization. It's designed for yards that need more throughput before committing to Pro.
Yes. You can move between Starter and Pro, and add or remove Growth Packs as your operation changes. Your data stays intact across plan changes.
No. Enterprise is for multi-location operations that need custom capacity, dedicated support, and tailored integrations. Contact us directly and we'll build a plan around your requirements.
AI features like pricing guidance and listing assistance use credits. Most operations cost 1 credit; heavier tasks like damage assessment cost more. Plan credits reset monthly and don't roll over — Starter includes 200/month, Pro includes 1,000/month. If you run out before month-end, you can top up any time with prepaid credit packs (50 credits for $10, 125 credits for $25, 250 credits for $50) — prepaid credits never expire and are used automatically once monthly credits run out. Your usage is visible on the billing page at all times.
Not for Starter or Pro. Those plans are fully self-serve once you have access. Enterprise is the only tier that involves a conversation, because custom requirements need custom onboarding.
